• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase; the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If you need to amend or cancel your order please contact me within 24 hours as I do try to dispatch orders the next business working day. 

• You can send direct to the recipient and all orders are carefully packaged in eco-friendly recycled boxes and envelopes to help reduce waste and protect the environment. 

• I use recycled packaging to help reduce waste and protect the environment. Occasionally you may see some slight wear and tear to your parcel but I am sure you will understand this in no way affects the quality of your carefully wrapped handmade items inside.

• I ship to UK (ex. NI), and Worldwide (except for EU & EEA). USA postage includes tariff prices and packages will be sent DDP.
